Option A: Use Twitter card validator

Step 1

Go to this link: https://cards-dev.twitter.com/validator
Paste your DeForm URL
Click “Preview Card”

Step 2

Then, wait 5-10 minutes.

Step 3

Refresh your browser and try typing in the form URL on twitter again. It should contain your new thumbnail now!

If the thumbnail image still isn’t loading your custom image, see next section.

Option B: Add random query param to URL

If option 1 fails, you can always add a random query param to the end of your DeForm URL. Here’s an example:
